Convert Website English to Spanish HTML/CSS Developer ("pixel perfect" small components)

We are a Silicon Valley & Switzerland based software startup in the customer reviews space. We are looking for HTML/CSS Developer who will help us create "pixel perfect" components.
About our business:
We are building a platform for consumers to connect with peers for honest product opinions - essentially disrupting the reviews space. We are pre-Seed funded and are currently part of a well-known Bay Area startup accelerator. We anticipate raising a larger funding round in the next 6mo, and will be scaling up the team fast. This is your chance to be among the first employees / contractors.

About the role:
You will receive small components to develop (buttons, cards, attention seekers etc). This job post does not guarantee constant collaboration, but we would like to find someone that can work for us from time to time.
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- basic Angular knowledge would be nice to have
- you should be responsive and deliver the components according to declared schedule
- flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a "let's do it" attitude
- ideally startup experience, or the strong desire to leave big corp to work in a more flexible environment
