Convert Website Design to Responsive HTML & CSS

I have a ready website design (images / Figma / PDF) and I need a front-end developer to convert it into clean, responsive HTML & CSS.

Scope of Work:
• Convert all provided design pages to HTML5 + CSS3
• Implement responsive layout (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Use Bootstrap (optional – if you’re comfortable with it, mention in your offer)
• Follow the design pixel-perfect as much as possible
• Organize code with separate CSS file (no page builder, no WordPress)

Requirements:
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3 (and Bootstrap if used)
• Good eye for UI/UX and details
• Experience with responsive design

What I will provide:
• Design files / screenshots for all pages
• Notes about fonts, colors, and spacing if needed

What I expect:
• Final HTML + CSS files for each page
• All assets used (images, icons, fonts)
• Clean, well-structured code, ready to integrate later into my project
