Convert XD to React App

I am looking for someone to help in converting the wireframe Adobe XD file into React app. I need to use NextJS to build the website. The wireframe contains all the desktop and mobile versions of each page, so the website will be responsive. To give you a rough idea about the website, it is an informative website. It allows allows users to add their projects, and for other students to browse these projects and interact with the project owners.
