Convert Layout Figma to HTML and React.Js & Website Creation

I need you to convert a layout in Figma to HTML, CSS and Javascript and then convert it to React.Js. Furthermore, I need to add a layout to the figma layout. The project in question is an admin dashboard for a project management platform similar to asana.com. I only need the code in HTML, CSS and Javascript and in React.Js.
