Convert Interactive Flash to ePub

I'm seeking a developer to convert an interactive Adobe Flash program into an ePub interactive eBook format. The developer will need to convert it to an HTML file first.

Requirements:
- Maintain all interactive features:
- Page turning
- Simple Flash animations
- Sound effects and narration

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Flash and ePub conversion
- Proficiency in HTML
- Familiarity with interactive eBook development
