I would like you to convert an HTML-based report to docx.

Please note :
1. After converting, the text must fully editable.
2. The design must be exactly as it is in the HTML
3. There will be no watermarks or external signs in the docx document

You will deliver an editable docx document.

I will send the actual HTML document to selected bidders.
