Convert HTML/SASS/Bootstrap boilerplate to Vue/Gridsome

I am looking for an experienced developer to convert and break down a HTML/SCSS boilerplate into Vue/Tailwind CSS components to use in Gridsome.

Scope of work
- Recreate the landing page of the HTML boilerplate by taking the boilerplate html code and converting it into Vue components to use in Gridsome.
- Install and configure contact form (I have a live html/js example with source code)
- Install and Configure i18n plugin (I have a live example with source code)
- Install and configure fuse.js for search (I have a live example with source code)
- Install and configure dark/light mode.

Deliverables
A functional Gridsome website with the mentioned theme applied, including
- Index
- About us
- Blog post overview
- Single blog layout

Functionality
- Search
- Contact form submission
- Multi-language page and blog content
