Convert my Figma to HTML/CSS

I have a Figma layout of an eCommerce website.

It includes desktop and mobile design for these pages -

1) home page
2) about us
3) contact us
4) blog
5) shop
6) single product
7) cart
8) checkout
9) my account

I want it fully responsive, 99.99% similar to the design. Also it must be cross-browser compatible.
