Convert Email signature incl links to HTML

I am looking for someone to convert my email signature into HTML code. I have a specific design with a logo available (see attached) and would like it to be responsive for mobile devices. I also require specific functionality such as clickable social media icons and a clickable website link. Ideal skills and experience for this job include HTML coding, experience with email signatures, and knowledge of responsive design.
