Convert XD Design to HTML Website with Bootstrap 5

Hello I know how to code myself but i wanted to hire someone to save me time.
I need a XD web design converted to html website pages using Bootstrap 5.
Usually i pay $20 for a long landing page but since these are 4 short web pages I will pay $20 for this project. I will provide jotform code so you dont have to create the form and I will provide Photo Gallery template as well.
Also on the home page I want the video in the header to automatically start playing. I also want the website to load fast as well.
