Content Management Web Application Development

I'm in need of an experienced web app developer to build a content management system for my website https://sustainable-future.ca/.

Key Functionalities:
- User Registration & Management: The CMS should allow visitors to register, login, and manage their profiles.
- Content Publishing Tools: I want the ability to easily create, edit, and publish content through the system.
- Multimedia Support: It should support the embedding and displaying of multimedia content such as images and videos.
- Machine modelling integration: Predictions made my machine learning models to be shown on the dashboards which needs to be incorporated

Integration:
I'm unsure if it will require integration with any external systems or platforms, so I need an adaptable developer who can handle this if required.
