Content Management in Admin Html

We just need Html, css using bootstrap 5.3.
We need html template to show list of records, Dashboard and forms. color preference is blue(#696cff), white and black
1. We want to show list of articles which will have columns like Title, description, publish date, status in some color and text
2. We want to approve or reject an article and before that we want to see what was the title, categories, description, publish date.
3. We want to show list of users with option to ban, activate and deactivate
