Comprehensive Farm Management Web App
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
We are seeking a full-stack development partner (freelancer or agency) to build EvoFarmer, a web-based Smart Farm Management System that streamlines workforce operations, crop oversight, attendance tracking, task management, and payroll processing for mid-to-large scale agricultural enterprises.
A detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) is prepared and will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Scope of Work
Develop the following core modules as per BRD specifications:
1. Dashboard
Real-time overview of attendance, labor compliance, productivity, crop progress
Role-specific widgets and summaries
2. Worker Management
Profile creation with ID, team history, documents, and performance
Disciplinary tracking and employment lifecycle
3. Team Management
Team creation, team leader assignment, drag-and-drop labor transfers
Temporary reassignments and help requests
4. Attendance
Punch-in/out data entry, missed punch detection, correction workflows
GPS tagging logic (optional for future phase)
5. Task Management
Assign field-level tasks (e.g., Seeding, Harvesting)
Track progress and submission via web interface
6. Payroll & Compliance
Hourly + piece-rate wage calculation
Auto-adjustments to comply with minimum wage
Manual overrides, bonus, payslip generation
7. Reports Module
Attendance, wage, task completion, crop expense reports
Export to Excel / PDF
8. System Configuration
Setup master data (crops, soil types, task types, units, wage rates)
Approval workflows, dropdown management, form customization
9. Audit & Notifications
