Comprehensive Admin Portal with User Management

I'm searching for a proficient developer to build an admin portal with intensive features, focusing mainly on user management. The functionalities required under user management are;

- User Registration: User Registration should be done by CBC-Users on the portal.
- User Role Assignment: There should be a provision to assign roles to the users.
- User Activity Tracking: The portal must have the feature to monitor and record user activities for reference and further actions.
- User Commission Tracking: Commission Generation should be on different activities
- User Performance: User can view His/Her Performance on dashboard

The level of access control for user role assignment should be basic, involving limited permissions. Experience in form building and creating reporting dashboards will be an added advantage. For this project, you should have a strong understanding of user management systems and access control parameters, with an eye for securing user data and maintaining privacy standards.
