Complete the dropshipping Online-Store

Hello,
I´m looking for a professional developer, who can complete the FULL dropshipping online store system.
It is based on Wordpress and Woocommerce. (HTML5).

REQUIREMENTS:
- CSV and XML files integrate
- plugin for Multilingual
- synchronisation with Dropshipping company
- Integrate API´s for Catalog, tracking, shipping, order, model and user
- discussions about project via Zoom-Meeting / AnyDesk (no chatting, because of better communication)
- connect with payment gateway (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Applepay,.....)
- Change banner, slides and other moduls
- Create Categories, subcategories and subsubcategories
- Create filter function
- Create products grid / list 3-4 levels
- Plugins for User-Registration, Wishlist, Shoppingcard and the background/Dashboard for USER´s(myaccount, sign in, sign out, username, codes,....)
- 100% Responsive (is already done, maybe improve some points)
- Search Engine Optimization
- create some ICON´s and change some font

That are the most of requirements. In the process of the project there will be more small work´s, which I don't mentioned.
