Collaborative Software Engineer Consultant

I run a consulting-focused engineering firm that partners with large enterprises, and I’m ready to bring a new teammate on board who can code confidently and communicate even better. You’ll step straight into real client projects, pair with senior engineers, and influence architecture and delivery from day one.

What matters most
• Proven, hands-on software development experience—you’ve shipped production code and can point to it.
• Native-level English and clear pronunciation for daily stand-ups, client demos, and spontaneous problem-solving chats.
• Solid grounding in JavaScript plus the usual web basics (HTML, CSS, browser tooling). If you bring other stack strengths, even better.

How we work
Our collaboration happens in Slack and Microsoft Teams, with code on GitHub and tasks in Jira. Expect frequent screen-sharing, pull-request reviews, and open discussions where the best idea wins.

Initial deliverables
1. Onboarding (week 1): environment configured, first pull request merged.
2. First client feature (by end of week 2): ticket closed, tests in place, code reviewed and accepted.
3. Ongoing: daily participation in stand-ups, weekly retros, and demo sessions with stakeholders.

Acceptance criteria: clean, well-tested, merge-ready code; detailed PR descriptions; proactive communication throughout each task.
