Code for search pdf resume on google

I am looking for a programmer who can create a code for me that will enable me to search for PDF resumes on Google. The code should be able to filter the results by location and job title. As for the programming language, I am open to Python, JavaScript, or PHP or any. The search functionality can be a basic keyword search or have advanced filtering options, as long as it can provide me with only PDF, CV resumes. The code should bring result on google search or other browser. The most important aspect is that the code should be able to deliver the desired results from Google or any other browser. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in the chosen programming language and experience in web scraping and search engine optimization.
