Build a No-Code Job Automation Platform (Like LoopCV)

I am looking to build a job automation web platform similar to LoopCV.pro, but using no-code tools like Bubble, Webflow, Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.

The platform should allow users to:

Sign up/login securely
Upload and parse resumes
Set job preferences (roles, keywords, location, etc.)
Automatically fetch job listings from platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Auto-apply or notify users based on matching jobs
Show a dashboard with application status/history
Send email notifications
Integrate a payment gateway (Stripe/Razorpay) for premium features

I don’t have coding knowledge, so this project must be fully manageable by you for which i will give recurring payments every month for maintenance after the project is ready and fully functional.
I will be taking care of full marketing activities.

Skills Required:

Experience in building web apps using Bubble, Webflow, or Framer
Experience with Make.com or Zapier for automation workflows
Knowledge of Airtable or similar no-code databases
Familiarity with job scraping tools like Apify, Browse.ai, or PhantomBuster
UI/UX design for a smooth and clean user experience
Integration with email services and payment gateways

Deliverables:

Fully functional no-code web application
Clean and responsive frontend design
Connected backend automations for job scraping and matching
Admin access and user dashboard
Resume parser integration (optional via APIs)
Stripe/Razorpay integration for subscription
Documentation or video on how to use/update the platform
