Code a HTML page for my Shopify store

We have 2 shopify stores, on one we have built a page using page builder software Shogun. We need help to develop the same identical page in clean HTML so I can load into our other Shopify store.
It is a returns page for an e-commerce store. 2 tabs, a table, a button and some text in columns. Simple stuff but want it mobile optimised and have nothing to do with the Shogun page builder.
