Chrome Extension for Amazon Shift Monitoring

am looking for an experienced Chrome extension developer to build a browser extension that monitors shift availability on hiring.amazon.ca.
The extension should:
• Automatically refresh the page at custom time intervals
• Detect when new shifts become available
• Send instant sound + desktop notification
• Highlight available shift sections clearly
• Include ON/OFF toggle button
• Allow refresh interval settings (example: 5–30 seconds)
• Work smoothly on latest Chrome version
• Be lightweight and fast
Important:
The extension should NOT bypass security systems or break any platform rules. It should function as a monitoring and notification tool only.
