Change the homepage of my website (i already have a new xd design)

I want to change the frond end of my website. It is build on PHP Laravel. I have already made a new design. It needs to be converted to HTML and after that it needs to be implemented on the website. Also Javascript (the buttons on the website need to work correctly).
My Website code is on Microsoft Azure. I can give you dev access and you can make the changes.
