Job Description:
We are TeMac Designs, an office furniture manufacturing company based in India. We're looking for a skilled web developer to build a cabinet material calculator tool for internal use. The app will calculate the parts and raw materials needed to manufacture modular cabinets, and output a visual cutting layout along with exportable reports.

Key Features Required:
1. *User Inputs:
Project / Client Name
Multiple cabinet entries with:
* Width (600–1500mm), Depth (300–600mm), Height (600–2400mm)
* Quantity
* Grain direction input (top, side, shelves, doors)
* Skirting height (default 75mm)
* Minimum compartment height (default 345mm)
2. Calculation Logic:
* Auto-calculate number of:
* Doors (300–450mm per door)
* Mid verticals (for cabinets with 3 or more doors)
* Shelves (based on minimum compartment height)
* Back, side, top, and bottom panel generation
* Combine and optimize part sizes
* Calculate PLP board requirement (2440x1830mm)
3. Output Features:
* Summary table with parts, dimensions, and quantity
* Visual cutting layout preview per sheet
* Total sheet usage and material wastage %
* Optional edge banding and hardware summary
4. Export Options:
* Full PDF report with:
* Company logo
* Title page (Project Name, Date)
* Summary table
* Sheet-wise cutting layout
* Wastage summary
* Excel export of all parts and quantities
