CREATE WEBSITE ON WIX

I am searching for someone who can complete my website on WIX. I have started but need help. The right person will have access to cvs files of United States Zip Codes and all US Cities for drop down choices/filter. They will also need to know how to scrape other public websites to upload to mine. I can provide a current operating website to mirror.
Must have experience with WIX.
