I operate multiple Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCFs) in South Carolina and have developed approximately 80-90% of a management portal using Google Workspace tools (Google Sites, Forms, Sheets, Drive, and Apps Script). This project focuses on refining and optimizing the existing system.
The primary goals are:
1. Troubleshooting minor workflow issues.
2. Completing automation workflows for resident and staff systems.
3. Organizing Google Drive structures for better efficiency.
4. Conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality.
5. Improving the visual design of the management and staff portals for usability.
Key Deliverables:
- Fully functioning workflows for resident admission, staff onboarding, document uploads, compliance dashboards, clocks, and tracking systems.
- Organized Google Drive structure with active workflows and archived inactive folders.
- Improved site design for better branding and presentation without altering workflows.
