CKEditor Integration for Static Site Editing

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to integrate CKEditor into my static/HTML website template. The custom module should allow me to edit any part of the website, with a focus on the following content types:

- Text
- Images
- Videos
It should be able to take into account the CSS files. You should provide the Sample for a complex layout, preferably a HTML template from Monster one.
Additionally, the module should support embedding third-party content, specifically social media posts.
