Built a streaming platform and website like dacast.com + restream.com backend and frontend

I would to built a a streaming platform and website like dacast.com + restream.com backend and frontend. I do have my own CDN and it would work with api. Consider inplayer.com as a way of customers monetize there streaming. InPlayer works with api as well. Before you drop a price please visit all 3 websites to get an idea of how they work. Who ever wins the project, I will need him for future updates and expansions so it is not just 1 project.
