Build me a website with XD - help and guidance

A CSS file is attached for an example of the flow I would like to build a website for people to purchase whiskey bottles with cart and payment.
So with the source of the CSS and XD files I have the format of the website.
This mini-project should be very quick and easy today building fix price.
1 hour maximum to understand what to do and maximun 2 hours to build and adjustments.....
