Build website that allows direct printing of part number labels from browser to DYMO label printer.

I need to build a website that can store part number labels for my products so they can easily be selected and printed to a DYMO label machine - these will be searched from a database of my part numbers and the label design can be stored and then printed quickly when needed. The website will include a basic editor.
