Build me a website (mediapipe, reactJS)

Hi,
we are looking for a brilliant developer to help build a front end of a web application.
This web application will have interactive UI in which users will be able to:
Login
select a video from a pick list
Play a video
Turn on their camera
Compute landmarks using mediapipe library
Send landmarks to a backend
Retrieve feedback from a backend
Display (text and sounds) feedback retrieved

The website needs to be responsive (run on laptops, smartphones, etc..)

We are seeking to have a first deployment by mid September.
