Build a website front end for generating HMRC token oauth 2 page

Hello,
We have a project where we need our customers to go to a web page and login to an account, then get presented with a page that will ask them to sign in to HMRC Goverment Gateway and authorise our software via an oauth2 which will generate then a token & refresh token which we need to store in a datebase somewhere per customer.
I have got this working on Postman API but i need it replicated into a website form if this is possible please, An example of what we need is below.

I have a test api with client id & secret that can be tested with.
