Build a website for providing baby name

The website goal is to find a baby name based on bay birth date and some other factors that are received from user. There is a free service as well as paid services on the website. In the free service people can find how their date of birth impacted their phycology for example. In the paid option people can find proper baby names by providing some inputs such as expected date, etc.
I have the logics and database in Python, so the website needs to get connected to python back end, feed it some information, and receive output as a PDF report or image and give that to the user (I ma not sure at this stage).
I need someone who is elegant, tasteful and get this project done!
