Build me a website

i'm looking to build a website that will scrape the internet for the best golf deals out there. This would be a member's only access so i would need to have a membership login to view the deals. I would still allow access for non members to view the deals on the site but if they click the link to redirect them to where the deal is it would not work. It would only work for members. Here is an example site https://dudedeals.com/. Is this possible to create? 1 week free trail offer would be needed. I want deals to show on golf equipment, training tools, apparel, and even used clubs. There would be categories and a search bar to use. Only reputable websites to link clients to.
