Build me a website

The requirement is to build a website with user registration and login feature , payment / subscription gateway setup for the services , privileged ( subscribed users ) to get access to data visualizations ( using D3JS or Chart.js or any recommended libraries that can be mutually agreed upon ) that needs to be built on top of data that shall be extracted from source systems using python ( shall work together with the developer on data extraction )
