Build a website -- 2

We are looking for an experienced web developer to help us build a website. See more details on the job below:
- Our website's domain is hosted on namecheap.com so you should have some experience with that platform
- We want you to put in the SSL certification on the domain address so it has the security padlock
- We want you to create the template for our website as a wordpress theme
- We want the wordpress theme to be editable by us in the future if we want to change content (text or images on certain pages)
- We want the website layout to be similar to this one: https://latticeflow.ai/. *Notice the long scroll functionality on the homepage (we want that sort of feature as well).
- We will give you a word document containing all the information you need (brand guideline on colors and fonts, website tree, content to put into each page)
- Knowledge of d3.JS would be preferred (but not mandatory). We would like to create an interactive map on one of the pages
