Build a webpage using html css
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

But this is achived using bootstrap framework
Upper one is what i am trying to achieve but with smaller fonts and bottom one is crappy work
I want person to give me this design without any framework, just use only html css jquery..node ....but not any programming language u need to use
