Build me a training website on Joomla

Build a Training Institute website using latest Joomla version, I have my own hosting and will provide access to launch and build site, the site is added to cPanel and added to domain , ready to launch.


.I would like to be able to manage the site via CMS.

The sit will be static for IT training and will have about a dozen pages, I should be able to add pages.
need to search education management search so that i can search for courses and book.
Will provide site map as and example info in project details.
Applicants should be able to look up the search tool to show courses.
Applicants should be able to download key courses information pdf.
Applicant should be able to check course time table.
Applicant should be able to book the courses ,
download information form, check course time table.
Design a course page
make a smart multi menu for course page (will share examples).
There should be 6 pages , home page, about us, blog, courses search page, contact us, courses, faculty and events.

Keep basic structure for pages with dummy information with layout setup for best tools.
