Build static webpage with HTML, CSS and some JS

Hello Everyone, I am working as a back-end engineer and I have built the design of the front-end on Figma. I want someone capable to build HTML pages using CSS and JS. Design is easy and pages are static. I need raw working front-end, regarding API calls to back-end, leave for me.
