Build a static 5 page HTML/SCSS/Angular website

It is mainly the creation of HTML/SCSS angular components.
The list of principal components are:
Top Menu component
Footer component
Landing page component (page 1 of the pdf)
Additional 4 page components (pages 3 - 6 of the pdf)
It should be responsive.
I will provide Adobe Illustrator file for each page.
No need to create any programming logic on the components, just HTML and SCSS
