Build a static blog-like site with Github pages

Build a simple static site using Github page

Requirements:
- Able to chat online to communicate before job completion
- Multiple pages of "topics", e.g. Linux, Performance tuning, Networking... etc
- Each topic will have multiple pages of contents
- Use a nice looking stock theme
- easy to update with plain text and simple diagram/pic

The Goals
- make it available
- provide template for easy update/add content
- provide doc on how to replicate the whole build up
