Build responsive eCommerce website with centralized of operation and Marketplace Integration

We’re looking for an e-commerce developer (Magento or a WordPress ) for our B2C website. Alongside, website backend with integration of eBay & Amazon marketplaces (online store development) around the globe.
So keeping in mind we are looking forward for a centralized point of operation through a customizable, scalable, robust framework to integrate and sync for all our (Inventory, Order management, SKU Mapping, Logistics Integration & Mapping, Price Updation, Marketplace Integration, Listing Management with a Scalable & Customizable).
Client: We are manufacturers, distributers and suppliers of bedding and household goods that specializes in making (Duvets, Pillows, Cushions, Sofa Rejuvenators, Polystyrene Beads) etc. We have an ongoing project work for the right professional if they manage to meet our goal.
We are a small startup firm with a primary focus in manufacturing and selling goods on eBay & Amazon marketplace at present. We wish to expand our offering via website -

A. Scope - New custom UI with mobile responsive, out-of-the-box Magento 2.4x features including home, PLP, PDP, Cart, and Checkout page along with the 3rd party integrations like PG, LP (as well PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, Apple Pay, ….), 3PL Logistics, SMS, and E-mail.
B. Features - Features like Blogs, Returns (RMA), Review & Ratings, EU VAT compliance, SEO (On-site as well Off-site), Landing Page, Amazon, eBay (integration) around the globe but with an initial focus within the European region as well the US region.
C. We are looking forward for either completely new custom built website or a customized theme-based approach - (more sustainable and effective approach).
