Build me a pregnancy information webapp

I'd like to have a web application where users are promoted with questionnaire-like questions, step by step, where we collect their email addresses. And when they pay the monthly subscription fee, they will start to receive weekly emails regarding their week of pregnancy. I already have the designs, and content (text and some images).
