Build part of a website with html

Hi, I'm creating a shopify website with the warehouse theme. The web is for affiliates, discount code and offers. I would like to have a page of each affiliate, for example nike, adidas, amazon, inside, whatever, it is not important. Well, on this page what we want is for the brand logo to appear at the beginning and a small text description. After this we want the discount codes to appear. These codes are given by the brand so they are fixed, we need them to click on the button for the code to be displayed. Well, on the one hand we need to create this banner with html, we attach a screenshot (image 1) of how it should be customizable. On the other hand, after these fixed codes, the product offers that were active at that time would arrive. Well, these products are entered through shopify without any problem, but the theme when we want them to appear like this on the page does not allow us to customize them at all, and we want these products to also appear in banner format as a kind of summary, we also attach a screenshot (image 2). We must know how the moment we publish a product on Shopify, it is passed to the web in this way in summary-banner mode. After clicking on it, it will obviously go to the product as we have uploaded it, but we want to make it attractive in this way. I hope I have expressed myself well, any doubt we can talk about it.
