Build a landing page for SaaS product

We are looking for a developer who can help us build a landing page. Some details to be noted:

- We need pixel-perfect UIs and animations
- It should be desktop/mobile/tablet responsive design
- Must have a sense of modern design and colors
- Experience with building landing pages/webapps for startups
- Experience with Webflow/HTML/CSS/JS
