Build an incident (QMS) management project

I need a dedicated professional to join me in designing a smart electronic Quality Management validated platform that offers a mesh of inter connected modules integrated with smart options and guidance and lean tools for resolving daily quality and incident management issues in a corporate setting. I have designed the systems workflow, it will be an SaaS product and will include design of the front and back end of the system. It will include validation activities to align to FDA and EU Data validation regulation.
About myself : I am a senior Management Quality professional with over 14 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with a niche and expertise on use of digital solutions to complete daily mundane tasks.
