Build a gamified learning platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We want to develop a website for our client, which is essentially a learning and development platform for their employees. We already have the content for the courses, but we can not share with you due to NDA reasons, so as of now you can leave the space for the content blank. We just need the layout for the platform.
First when you go on the website you will see the welcome page, followed by a log in button.
For an employee who has never logged in before:
Once the employee logs in with their corporate email, they will be able to create an avatar. Then, they will be redirected to a page where they will be asked “what position are you?” With 4 options. The next page will ask them to take a quick qualitative assessment, which will then direct them to the course catalogue. The course catalogue will be personalized to them depending on their position and assessment. Then, within the course catalogue will be different categories for learning, so let’s call them category A,B,C,D. So within those categories, employees can take a short quantitative assessment which will then direct them to a set of courses they need to take in order to improve (based on their score). Employees can then select one of those courses and begin learning. This is where gamification comes in. We want their learning and development to look like a game. So every employee will be given a coffee bean, and every time they complete a course, the bean can grow into a plan step by step. Additionally, we want to reward them by leveling them up and by giving them a badge every time they complete a course.
