Build fast landing pages in Wordpress (RTL Language)

Do you have experience in using WPForms, 7Forms or other form tools for lead generation? I need someone who can take an existing design and code it into a fast loading wordpress page with a form. Most of the work happens at the beginning, after that it's a simple matter of receiving designs and turning them into landing pages.
Website will be in RTL Langauge (Right to Left) All translations will be provided for you.
