Build me a e-commerce website

We need a professional coder who can build a dynamic e-commerce website and it has to be fully under our control after it’s built.The website should allow customers to view the products they require and are able to order those products on the website itself, it should be accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms, it should also have our contact information in case any customer has a query regarding our products and lastly it should have a customer feedback survey after placing the order so they can tell us about their experience on the website.
