Build a carbon copy website

We need a lone website (HTML, CSS, JS)
We just need to add few options in user account page
1. Inviting other people
2. Withdrawal money options
3. How much they earned so far
Just needed the design code for Mobile version only (If it works on every kind of mobile browsers then its okay)
