Build Wordpress website tomkern.art

I want a website to be implemented. You can find requirements within the uploaded document. The project cannot start yet, since requirements are only 80% finished as of today. Nevertheless, I want a contractor to make sure, that the website can be implemented between January 17th and January 25th 2022. I visiting a trade fair afterwards and website must be up and running without quality issues. See attached file for more details.
