Build a Website using JS and Highlights the id in SVG File.

I need to Build a Website which is having one text box and a Button in it. In the text box I will type an ID and when I press Search it Should Search for which SVG File it Should open it will be in our database And it should open that SVG File and it should highlight the Particular ID in the SVG File. There will be no Negotiations in my Bidding Amount. If you are ok with the amount then you can Bid it within the Range Provided.

Only Indians are Preferrable.
